We love playing outside!

Thank you, Daddy, more making us a backyard that is so fun to play
in! We have endless fun playing baseball, football, tackle, soccer,
sliding, swinging, running in circles, eating, and relaxing in the

We went hiking at Lake Fayetteville on Sunday. The fall leaves were beautiful!

Halloween 2008

We had a great time on Halloween. Aidan was a pilot, again. Since the costume still fit from last year, I just said, "Aidan, do you want to be a pilot?!" (with lots of excitement). Of course, Aidan said, "Yes!" So a pilot it was! Zachary was Tigger because that was what was on clearance last year while I was pregnant! Either way, they were both adorable. We did some trick-or-treating with the neighbors and then went to a kids miniture golf halloween thingy. It was fun, too!

Grandpa Mike built a soccer goal and a swing for our family. Aidan is getting ready to play soccer on a league one day. We love hanging out on the new swing. Thanks, Grandpa!

Sixth Anniversary!

I have been married to my best friend for six years now. I love you, Jake! Robin painted us a beautiful picture of I.P. at Camp Barnabas where we got married.

Half a year, already!

Zachary is six months old now. He weighs 15 lbs 12 oz and is 26 inches tall. He is a sweet baby and loves watching his big brother.

Jake took the day off of work and we had a picnic in the park and then played on the playground. Zachary got tired and slept like a baby!

Party time

We had a BBQ party to celebrate our boys. Aidan is three years old and Zachary had his baby dedication at church. We had cheeseburgers, cake, and presents. It was fun!

The Van Lear Olympics

Our family, big and small, are training for the next Olympics. We got pretty pumped up while watching the Olympics this summer.

Zachary has been practicing for the track and field events and Aidan for the swim team.
