Halloween Eve

Since last year Aidan has been asking to be Dash from The Incredibles. I am not how this started. Dash is not even one of the characters that he is obsessed with (like Lightning McQueen, for example). One of Jake's coworkers graciously let us borrow the costume. Her son was Dash last year and has since been sleeping with the black gloves on every night. Needless to say, we did not get the gloves, but Aidan has no idea! But...last week, our friend Nancy told us we could borrow a Luigi costume (and her son is going to be Mario). Oh the dilemma! Since Aidan's birthday last month he has a new obsession...playing Mario on the Wii. So, we are Dash on Halloween Eve and Luigi on Halloween night! Two costumes and no money!

Every time Aidan put the suit on he felt the need to run laps really really fast!

Zachary was a pirate. His recent love is playing with a Veggie Tales pirate ship and all of the "heroes" on the ship. He is in love with his pirate costume!

Today we went to the All Star Sports Arena Halloween event. It was an indoor miniature golf type thing. We went a few years ago and it was lovely and perfect for young kids. Apparently, the word must have spread and today there was about 5 times the number of people there. Oh well, the kids still had fun.

Do you see the strong resemblance?!

Vanzant Fruit Farms

We took a little trip to the Vanzant Fruit Farms in Lowell the other day. We went there last year and got some great pictures. The boys loved it.

This is my favorite picture! Silly boy!

I told the boys that the turtle could be of the snapping variety!

They could hardly handle anymore pictures by this point! They just wanted to play on the tractor that you were not allowed to sit on!

Dickey Farms

We took the boys to Dickey Farms today. The weather was gorgeous (almost a bit warm) and the pumpkin patch was perfect!

This picture is to prove that I (the usual photographer) was actually there!

Last soccer game

The team huddle before the last game. Zachary is somewhere in the middle of that huddle loving life!

Abby and Zachary holding hands as they walk to their own field to play soccer.

Here is the team cheer tunnel after the game. Anyone 10 and under goes through the tunnel no less than three times and inevitably, someone always ends up going through backwards.

We went to the park for a post season party and to pass out awards.

Aidan was awarded the Speed Demon award and a trophy from Coach/Daddy Jake.

I love those not so Tiny Titans. See you in the spring, boys!
