Playing in Springfield

In our spare time in Springfield we played on the squiggley scooters!
I think Alli won this race and Jake came in last place!

Sprinklers!

Right outside the Tulsa Zoo there is a public sprinkler park. The kids had a blast! It took a few minutes for Rachel (my niece) and Zachary to warm up but after that they couldn't get enough!

This was a sprinkler that dumped water out of buckets. It took more times than it should have to actually get dumped on. It kept missing Aidan and wasn't going to leave until it got him!

Tulsa Zoo and Amy's birthday

For Amy and Robin's birthday this year we met at the Tulsa Zoo. After surviving the tornado warnings we had a great time!The birthday girls picking the nose of the zoo decor!

I gave Aidan some Kix cereal to use as rocks for his "busy construction site." He loved it and nicely asked if he could eat them when he was done!

Warm enough to call it summer!

This is Aidan trying to get the grass out of the pool. I told him this would not help, but it occupied him for a long time!

We had a great time splashing in our own backyard. I wonder how long it will be before Aidan is always asking to go to the Springdale pool rather than our pool?

Trouble

Zachary crawled inside of his table today. As you can see, we first grab the camera and then rescue the child!!

He crawled up on TOP of the desk yesterday-to look out the window maybe?!

Zachary crawled up in this chair by himself. Ever since he started walking he has become more and more brave...

First steps!

Zachary started walking this week. Everyday he doubles his distance and today he made it across the living room! What a champ! Next milestone-more teeth!

We set up the tripod again for the Easter pictures. That is what happens when there is no one to take the picture and it is pouring outside. The pictures are cute, considering!

Egg hunt birthday party

For Zachary's birthday party we had an egg hunt and ate dogs. The weather was perfect! We think Zachary might always have an egg hunt added to his party! The cake was delicious and messy!
